Subject: DMs Sprite Valley won't download

I purchased DMs Sprite Valley #112875152 order and it only downloads part of the way and stops. The rest of my order downloaded ok. I have tried this at different times of the day and no luck. Sprite Valley will not download completely. Can you help me? Sherrie

It looks like your downloads needed to be reset since they had exceeded our download limit. Please try again and let us know if you still continue to have problems.
