Yikes. I feel your pain. This is just one of the many ways in which Rendo's GC system is a mess. Having such a limited range of GCs available and a maximum GC of $100.00, yet being unable to use more than one GC at a time means you have to get a GC merge to buy any large ticket purchase. Yet the last couple of times I've requested a merge it's taken multiple days to get it done, whether it's requested here or via direct e-mail. Is there really only one person left in the entire company who can do this now?

The problem is that it is the weekend. However, we will make sure you don't miss out on the sale because of this.

@MattGreenfield - most of the time you send a site mail to store staff which does not get checked as much as email or you post your request in the forum and if it is on the weekend, it takes a little longer because we are not on all day on the weekends as we are in the office during the week.

If you would please send an email with your merge requests to store@renderosity.com in the future, you will find it gets taken care of a little faster 😄
