there seem to occur some more difficulties: each time I try to send an e-mail to store@renderosity.com I get a message like this:

Hello,
herewith I am asking for kind help on behalf of a fellow artist who is not very common with the English language. She is a long time member with Renderosity market place, at least since 2009 and so am I (some folks may know my nick "spacebones" related to tons of uploaded freestuff here ;-) ). Due to a longer lasting illness she hasn`t been into her shop account for a longer time, however when recognizing some interesting sales offers, she asked me to buy them per "gift" for her and so I did for quite a while.
Meanwhile she is fine again and restarting her hobby in rendering, bought herself a new computer and wanted to download all her items anew. (The guy who set up her new system accidently deleted her runtime).
Now the shocking issue: Her account tells her that she does not have any purchase history at all and even to have not received any gifts! I really hope for her that this issue can be fixed somehow. Thank God she still has all the e-mail correspondence / order numbers aso. to verify her purchases. I made a pdf list of all those and a listing of my gifts I bought for her, too (which could be helpful).
What can be done? Thanx in advance
