I assume you have the product, and if you loaded the product through the Daz Manager, you only have to select the item in the viewport window, then under the Smart Content tab go into Material, and select the texture. If you loaded the product manually, you'll need to bring the product up in the Content tab, select the product in the viewport window, and select the texture. There is another way which involves the Surface tab and loading there, but that's way too complicated for my simple tastes. If this doesn't answer your question, this thread really probably belongs in the Daz Studio forum and I can move the thread over for you. I'll be online for a little longer if you need some more help.

No clue. You could check the bottom of the page where you got the pic from, (sometimes the products used are there), or with the Vendor that made the pic, or you can start searching catalogs.

On a side note. When asking a technical question about a particular software, the answer might already be in the corresponding forum. Or even in one of the tutorials if your new to that software. The tutorials are a great way to start learning about the software you're interested in.

I'm moving this thread to the Daz Studio forum as it is a technical question about the software.

That looks like it could be an Iray 'car paint' shader.

There are some free packs of those around, try ShareCG for example. Search for Iray Metal shaders or Iray Car shaders.

That actually looks like one of the car paint shaders included with the Default shaders that come with Daz Studio - Car Paint-Cranberry.
