Remember when there were posting limits? I can understand lifting the limits from one a day to maybe three like it used to be. But now there seems to be NONE. A single member just recently posted EIGHTY TWO (82) images. To the MODS: Don't you think that's a bit excessive? Quite a bit inconsiderate as well. Can this PLEASE BE ADDRESSED??? Thank you...

As standard member you are entitled to post a maximum of 10 images a day, as a prime member you will have no limit. An other advantage of Prime membership.

82 images is quiet excessive...

What can I say? I miss the old days when there was structure and sanity. I think even ten is excessive.

Same here (under another name)....

I'm still waiting for structure and sanity to come back ;). I think KristiS is workin hard on it, but so much is broken, it's gonna take more than awhile. Hope she has the stamina ;).

unless your posting photo's, why would you even want to post that many? and if your posting photo's enmass, there's far far better sites than here to post them...

Funny, I was happy with three gallery postings a day ;). And I never even came close to posting that many per day either. Maybe I'm not prolific enough. LOL.

If you are talking about the SympaticoStudios images then its not just one person, from what I can gather its a collection of artist that do commission work.

What is the positive point to post more than 3 each day ? Spaming ? I'm sorry but when i see a member posting between 10 an 20 pictures the same time i totally ignore. When i post a picture is there 3 or 4 day of work, posing, simulating (i only use dynamics clothes), shading (texturing), and Lightning. I'm unable to post 10 pictures the same day !!!

To be honest, that particular "collective" have been spamming the galleries for a while now - it's got to the stage where I pretty much won't buy anything they are doing promo renders for

Making a promo isn't an obligation, IMO.

meanwhile the rest of the world use.... WYSIWYG, unless writing webpages or code. I am doing neither. I'm writng a post on a forum.... I'd expect it to work the same as text editors like Office, OpenOffice etc, where a single return gives a new line.

the great thing about all the spammy images in the galleries posted by a "collective", is that we can see them twice since many of the individuals that are members of said collective will post their own creations themselves into their own personal gallery... what fun!!

Can't help you there but until it's changed it is a work around for anyone who wants to use it and because it is what it is, I use it a lot.
Others might too.

I'm doing good to post 2 - 3 a week. They seem to get lost in the floods of posts by certain 'promotional studios' - not naming any names...

You should see less posts by this group as they have been addressed.

I just counted NINETY-THREE posts by the same person, posted on 09-07. This is beyond excessive! There REALLY needs to be some kind of limit on uploads to the galleries for just this reason. I do well to get one to three posts a week. I'm almost to a point of "Why bother when my few posts get lost in a flood of nearly a hundred posts by the same person?"

I'm not mentioning any names, but if you take a look at the gallery posts for 09-07-16, you'll see what I mean. Please look into this.

Maybe set a limit again - how about 6 maximum? I'm quite content with a maximum of 3 for my stuff. But I've just lost count of the pix uploaded by vortex3dss - totally ridiculous ...

it is rather a bit excessive if one needs to click and roll two full gallery pages because of one person's postings.

i remember whenst it was 1/3 [1 per day for members;3 per day for prime members]

if part of the selling points of Prime is how many images per day you can post if you join, personally, i don't see a need for anything over 5 [which is still a healthy number]. so maybe 6 is a good suggestion: regular users can post 3 [?]; Prime members get double - it still 'sells' the whole Prime 'benefit' idea...
