I placed my order at 6:42 a.m. EST. It is now 8:40 a.m. - I sent an e-mail an hour ago to check on the status, and I have also read the FAQ. How long do I have to wait to get my product?

What FAQ?

I ordered a number of items and have no idea what happens next. They all just say "download pending". Does that mean that it's waiting for me to do something, or is there another step I need to take?

we have been members for a very long time and let our prime lapse. i repurchased today without a problem, but my products purchased tonight still say they have not been paid for, i have the paypal transaction number. do we have to go through the verification again, even though we have been here for years and have purchased probably thousands of dollars worth of products??
