I went to your gallery here clicked a few thumbnails and they worked for me...
Not sure what issue could be as not a techy here...

I'm having the same problem. It wasn't working on my phone the other day, but this site doesn't work for poo on my phone anyway, so I just ignored it. However, I just tried it on my laptop, and got that same message: "Sorry! We cannot locate the gallery art in any of our records. This item may have been deleted." and instead of opening the image I asked for, it takes me to the "What's New" page. (A stupid default, btw, and something I wish they'd fix.)
Exactly the same as KatesFriend.
Please bring this to the attention of the programmers. I JUST taught a friend how to use my albums, so I know it was working a couple of weeks ago!

All of them. It is not a problem that is specific to any image, it is a systemic problem with all albums.
Go to my gallery. Or KatesFriend's gallery.
Click "albums" near the top of the page.
Click on any album.
Click on any image.
You will see the problem immediately.
Thanks! Tara

The thumbnails appear but when I click on an image I'm given the following error and sent to the What's New page. "Sorry! We cannot locate the gallery art in any of our records. This item may have been deleted."
I checked, the items I tried to access in the albums are still posted in my general gallery. Clayton
