Subject: anyone have any poses-ideas ??

Hello, one month until Posing is an art (Piaa) reopens ... one month time for new poses :o) ... So I ask you all if anyone of you have some ideas for new poses ... Suggestions here or via mail: schlabber@yourwap.com Piaa is a free website. So every pose I'll do in the next month will sooner or later released for free (together with some older unreleased ones). I'll upload all the older poses later on - if you give Piaa a chance - this will mean: Don't bomb it with Downloadaccelarators etc ... For all of you who have preorderd "In the blink of an eye": I'm waiting daily for the activation key for my paypal account - I'll mail directly when I have it ... Thank you all Schlabber

It would be more that a great help if when you ask for object-poses that you can tell me where to find this object and if I'm allowed to use it for redistribution (mostly I have to rescale a prop when I imported it) ... or even better ... send me the prop (if you've the rights for distributing it - else NOT) to eyeblink@yourwap.com and tell me what poses you want for it :o) thx again Schlabber

I am probally in the minority for these ideas but I would love to see poses for: the DAZ Centaur, a person riding the centaur, a person riding the DAZ dragon, just about any Michael poses converted over from all of your P4 male poses (that goes for Vickie too!) and more weapons poses for both Mike/Vickie and P4 male/female. Hope this helps! Tankred P.S. Can't Wait for PIAA to get going again!

With Halloween just around the corner I'm thinking that a series of Witch poses would be nice. Perhaps included with a broomstick prop. Now if there was just a free broomstick prop?

Staggering home from the pub. burning the burgers on the barbie. taking the dog for a walk, or being taken.

Oh, I have one... the dog walk suggestion reminded me...but I haven't seen all of the poses on the cd so maybe this is in there... grooming a horse (preferable the charger), ie brushing sides, back, tail (with a brush), wiping face with a cloth or sponge. walking a horse with a lead rope and halter and walking with reins and bridal: ie walking ahead of the horse with one arm/hand back, holding the rope or reins. Standing beside a horse and slapping it's back end as in when one lets the horse free and is telling it to "go". Something I do when I put my horse back into her field. Just inside the gate, I slap her butt to get her to move out and away from the gate. kneeling before a fire, warming hands near the flames (hands apart and open, palms facing the fire, and also rubbing hands together in front of the fire to warm them up. the act of breaking into a car, ie trying to force a hanger down into a car window. mermaid doing a summersault in the water with various arm positions so that she can be turned both perpendicular to the ground plane/horizon and parallel. I guess it's more than one! I will probably think of more too. :)

I just thought of another horse related one: sometimes a horse will rub it's head up against your body to satisfy an itch. ie, if I am standing in front of the horse or slightly to her side, she will lower her head and rub the side of her head (cheeks) up against my chest or if I am side facing her, against my hips. Her head may also tilt slightly so that she can get her ears.

"Santa Claus" poses Vampire & vampire victim poses (seduction, mesmerizing, feeding erect & lying down. Doctor's examining room (Perched on table, holding stethescope, getting shots in glute & arm, giving blood) Changing baby, burping baby, etc. Scolding child, shouting match with adult, screaming into phone. Some Martial Arts and Comic poses for Mike and Vicki would be nice.

Phantast ( ) posted Fri, 12 October 2001 at 5:00 AM

Actually there are a LOT of specialised poses around which most people would ever need once if at all. What I find most useful are casual standing-around poses. Nothing bold, nothing extreme, just natural everyday relaxed poses. Of course, they are quite easy to do, so no-one bothers about them.

Schlabber - Are you taking orders for this CD, yet? Last I heard you were still awaiting some of the finance stuff to be resolved. Anyway; You mentioned you didn't recognize Norman Rockwell. He was an extremely popular artist, painting nostalgia-type covers for Popular Magazines from 1920-1960, or thereabouts. Many of his covers have become icons of nostalgia. Here's a link to a page displaying a few of his hundreds & hundreds of covers & illustrations.

Well it sounds like this cd is another must have, just got to get the pay pal thing sorted out. They don't seem to like me, maybe cos I'm not in the States.

Schlabber, could you please repost the ordering information for your CD? A lot of people, including myself, missed it.
