Subject: INJ file question

Anyone know how you'd go about making a single INJ pose to load a bunch of custom morphs, but NOT set those morphs to 1. in other words load them up so morph poses would then work, but for the initial load you want them all set to zero.

If you have Poser 11 there is a simple way. I have to look it up ... but first, is it P11/PP11? Second are these custom morphs? (I assumed they were since they are injection morphs, but I"m covering all my bases).

Custom morphs made in zbrush, and I'm using Poser Pro 11. I've loaded them all onto a figure and they work great but I need to make an INJ so I can sell the pack, and need morphs to start at 0.

Here's the deal with P11. The morphs SHOULD show up in 0.0 in full body ... as well as each body part that is effected If you have applied the morphs to the entire figure in ZBrush at ONE time. If that didn't happen. In the manual pgs. 795 thru 818 you should find all the information you need. This section will give you additional options you may find useful. Main menu>help>reference manual. Just for reference, I am currently learning to create morphs for Poser in ZBrush myself.

Cool I'll check it out. I've been using a little python app called zscript or something that creates INJ poses from current morph settings on the figure, so any morph set to zero isn't saved.

Any one can contradict me and correct me if need be, but as I understand it ... when you bring the figure back from Zbrush using GoZ it automatically sets it to 0.0. A secondary script isn't necessary.

Be sure to use the GoZ listed under Figure in the Poser Menu, NOT object. Then it will come back as a morph. Check it out ... The Zbrush forum here has a good thread on that when I was learning now to do that.

Cool where do you get GoZ?

Boni ( ) posted Tue, 11 October 2016 at 4:04 PM

It is part of Poser Pro 11 (and Pro 2014 as well). You already have it.
