Hi.

Because it shows you have already downloaded the PC version, I will need to contact the vendor to see how to handle the return of the purchased version. I will send you an email once I have that information.

Ok. I did a refund for the order with the wrong version. I then went through and put another order in your account for the correct version. You will see that under your My Account area as you do normally when a purchase is made. 😄

Hi Jenn, I'm getting a failed forbidden message when i try and download the DVD training stuff. Is this because I already downloaded the PC version?
