Hello ms.jenne,
The door prize coupons are not good on sale items or items from vendors who do not participate in coupons. You had mostly on sale products in your cart, and one from a vendor who does not participating in coupons. You were getting 23% off on at least one product, which coincidentally appeared like a 10% discount overall. The coupon is still good, if you would like to try again with non-sales items. Please note that the free with any purchase (Freebie Spooktakular) changes daily, so the one you have in your cart may have expired (if it was from yesterday).
Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience, Jenifer Carey Renderosity Admin

Some of the coupons (Door #1, Door#3) do work on sales items; To quote from door blurb: "Interested in sale items? No sweat - this Coupon Code will work on those products as well". (And Door 3 did work indeed on sales items for me.)
blushes Thank you everyone for helping me out, I kind of missed the sale items not being included in the coupon, the coupon didn't deduct anything at all from the total using door #2 and I haven't received notification of Doors #1 and #3 however I did use the one in the promo image and received six dollars off so that's OK, missed out on the free one from yesterday but I'm not fazed by that. I've made my purchases so busily downloading those. So many Jenn's, Jenifer's and Jenne's. And thank you too JohnnyG. It's all good.
Coupons Promotions, treats and Discounts Incentives comment.
Treats weren't as fun as I thought they would be.
I feel that coupons should be applicable to PRIME items but not PRIME pricing if you are not PRIME. That is, a 20% item not applicable to sale prices should take 20% off the full price of a Prime item that is not otherwise on sale. Also say a 10% item that IS applicable to sale items should take 10% off a Prime item's sale price, but not apply to any Prime pricing.
PRIME items should be treated as regular items to non-Prime customers, no better, no worse.
When shopping I mentally think of a PRIME item at either it's non-Prime full price or it's non-Prime sale price as a regular item, just not with any extra PRIME discount.
The way Rendo is doing currently it says a buyer has to cross every single PRIME item off their list PERMANENTLY if they ever see a potentially fun coupon incentive. I think this is a marketing mistake. It's not just creating an incentive for Prime saying 'hey I can get a better price on this', it's creating a resentment situation where 'hey I have to take this out of my shopping cart because to me this is a blacklisted item'. Because for whatever reason I've made the decision not to join your PRIME club.
Hope this reads okay. It's meant to be thoughtful not angry.

Hello, I received an email with a link to open the Tricks or Treat Door, received my coupon code but when I enter it in my cart, it does not deduct the promised 23% from purchases of $10 or more. The coupon code on the advertisement works but is not giving the 23% but 10%. Am I too early for this or is something broken. Thanks for your help, any discount helps with the conversion from A$ to US$. Jenne Jackson.
