Well ... since they are all different sizes etc. a single action wouldn't do you well. I can however suggest this. Create a new blank file at the size and dimensions you reqire ... "place" each image in the "page" and adjust size, focus etc. one at a time ... then "save as" when you are done to the file of your choice. Time consuming? Yes. Professional results? Yes as well, depending on your skill and experience. Some things that need to be done well, unfortunately take time.

Hi alnxp! I agree with Boni, I don't know if there are any actions that will do all of that, but I do know of some programs that can do most or all of those things. I own a suite of programs called SoftOrbits Digital Photo Suite and there's a program in there called SoftOribits Batch Picture Resizer and it can handle various image formats, resize images, crop images, and etc. I've used their other programs, which work well, but i haven't had a chance to use that one, so I don't know how it works. You can buy the program separately from the suite. Usually you can catch the program being offered for free from various software deal websites, but I did a Google search and I didn't see any of the software deal websites I usually go to offering it for free this week. You can download a free trial of the software from the SoftOrbits website. If you like the trial and decide you want to buy it, then you can buy the personal version for $39.99 and the business version for $74.99 on the website. I got an email from them this week offering the $39.99 version for $19.99. On the order page, they don't show an option for the business version and they don't state if you really are buying the personal version, so looking at the price, I guess it's the personal version. I have pasted a link to the program's page on the website and a link to the email I got this week, just in case you decide you want to buy it after trying the trial and if you want to save a little money too. I hope what I just said has helped you a little bit. I hope you have a great weekend!

Hi there!
I've got just 100 people portrait photos. Different format, different focus. There are ones that horizontal, there are others vertical, there are that ones that not even centered/aligned. What I want to do is to resize them all cropping only face.
Is there by any chance some action I could do for that?
