Hi,

wrote an email with a request to store@renderosity.com about five days ago, and another one with the first one attached around 24 hrs ago to admin@renderosity.com and got no response. And yes I've checked the addresses twice, and also checked my spam folder. Is there a problem with an @yahoo.de address or do you ignore me on purpose....? Would have called you, but I don't live in the States and so I try it this way.

Got this one from ebot@postoffice.renderosity.com, so is there an account you can check instantly, I will write one myself just to see if this will reach you....or do you have direct access to store@renderosity.com...?

And sorry for being a little bit rude in my first post...

Did you receive anything now, if not it is somehow strange that my filed address is blocked. I could try a @yahoo.com or a @vodafone.de address...

If you go 24 hours and do not hear anything, please feel free to email me directly.

I am the one who usually oversees the store emails and not sure why we did not see anything ๐Ÿ˜ž

Hmmmm....but there was also no reply for the second "admin@renderosity.com" mail, so it might be an issue with @yahoo.de addresses ?
