Subject: How to download software purchase?

Hi everyone! It's been a long time since I've been on here. So long, I forgot my username! I purchased Poser 11 and am unable to locate any links to download it. It says "download pending". I have the Winter off so I decided to try my hand at Poser again.

So how do I download it?

If this is your first purchase then it has to be verified manually, which can take a few hours. Once that is done you will get your download link. Then after that all future purchases will be available for download immediately.

Thank you. I have Poser 6 but it crashes in Windows 10, so I thought I'd upgrade finally! No rush on the software, it's just a hobby.

I downloaded the software. I entered the serial key given to activate the download / install manager. But when installing the software, it says the key is invalid. Smith Micro says the key given is for an upgrade. What I downloaded is a full version. Can I get a new key for the full version sent to me?

We are working on some problems we are having with SM at the moment as we are out of serial numbers completely.
