Hello Hikaru007
It would be simpler if you posted a screen shot of your model and members might be able to guide you and give you advice on achieving the outcome you want. One bit of advice I can give is usually if I want to cut or delete verts I tend to get in Front Orth view and using box select to select the verts I want to delete then either using the grid fill tool to fill the holes my deletion has left behind so it is a solid mesh again

I'd agree with Lobo. A screenshot would be very helpful.

On Second screen ive wanna sho i wanna remove this fragment and on 4th green shows cut fine but on red olso cut but ive wanted remain untouched.
Just a suggestion: looks like this mesh is being displayed in perspective mode. Press [5] on the numpad to toggle to ortho mode, then [1] to get to front view. Also, the mesh appears to be made of triangles. You'll find this sometimes leads to difficulties... it's easier to deal with quads. In Edit mode, with all mesh selected: Mesh -> Faces -> Tris to Quads

If I understand what you want to do correctly there is no need to try and cut or trim the mesh. Just go into edit mode and select the vertices of the top of the cross and move them down until they are level with the cross beam.

I am far from an expert modeler, but this is not a good model. Not only is it all tris for no reason at all, but every single face is overlapping at least one other face. It's also got six different materials on it (although maybe that is intentional?) and the UV map is bizarrely far off the UV space grid (which doesn't really hurt anything, but looks strange) and has quite a few overlaps in it as well.
If you are really intent on using this model for some reason, then I would remove doubles (when I downloaded your model and did this it removed 77 vertices! that's a ton in such a simple model), then convert tris to quads as RobynsVeil suggested above, then recalculate the normals and THEN just move the top vertices down like keppel said.
Honestly, if all you want is a simple T shape I would think it would be faster to just model one from scratch..
Here's a better view of it in Blender for anyone who didn't want to copy and paste the links above into their browser.
Thanks for the screenshot, as I hadn't downloaded it to check it out. Your, Robyn's and Keppel's suggestions about how to fix it are spot on.
I also agree that just creating it from scratch would be quite simple, and easy.
