Whenever I try to use the monthly coupon I get the error message: "You do not have permission to use this coupon.". What gives? Am I on somebody's sh*tlist?

The reason you are unable to use this coupon is because you are not a Prime member.

You guys are getting as bad as Amazon. It's not enough that I spend a ton of money here every month, now you want it in advance?

We have coupons we give all members, however there are added bonuses for Prime members and we have had this for a few years now.

When you say "monthly coupon" do you mean Render Rewards? I get "You do not have permission to use this coupon" every time I try to use Render Rewards. I emailed Rendo support about it and did not get a reply. It is not very clear how to use these coupons, and I have had a lot of $$ expire because of this. I found a help wiki about it, and it simply said to paste the code in at checkout. It does not make you feel very welcome here to tell the truth.

RenderRewards are a Gift Certificate. There are two different fields at check-out. The first one is for coupons, and second is for RenderRewards or Gift Certificates. Please make sure that you copy the Render Rewards code from your account, and paste in the second field for Gift Certificates.

Thanks JeniferC for the info. I probably never tried the second field, but I'm pretty sure I put other coupons in the first one and it worked. I'll give it a shot, I actually have some Render Rewards to use this month.
