Hi! Out of the blue my gallery disappeared :( (last time I checked was around 4pm Italian time and it was ok. I logged out, cleared cookies, logged back in, still nothing. Nothing shows up under my gallery or profile. If I look at the main gallery I can see the thumbnails there, but if I click on it I just get an empty page. I checked a few other random profiles/galleries and noticed some are working and some aren't.

Is this a website problem?

Hi Rosy! I just wanted to let you know that another member is having this problem too, it must be some kind of website glitch. I'm hoping for the best and believing that everything is still there in people's profiles and galleries and that the glitch is just temporarily hiding them. I have sent KristiS, the community manager, a message about this problem and I'm waiting to hear back from her. I hope she'll have some good news for us.

I am having the same problem. My gallery was available this morning but was gone when I checked it about 30mins ago.

Mine seems to be okay, but all of my renders are nothing but solid dark grey, so who knows..........

Interestingly Sean - I can't see your last cartoon you posted. Just a blank page - it seems pretty random who is affected

Actually, guys, it seems to have affected the marketplace as well. There's a couple of products I noticed that went to blank pages.

Not to mention some of the personal profile pages. Frank, I couldnt get to yours to send you the link, but you'll find the cartoons at docandraider dot com.

the same thing happen to me last night, I have a lot of images and some favorites that I would love to have for all time, help how do I get them back

Ain't had a disappearing gallery but I've been unable to post until just now. Some might say that's not a bad thing, though.
