Dear Jenn or Kristi You Dears <3

I have a question

It seems I had reached teh render rewards - wanted to use it on the purchase in my cart, but always I try to open the RR Site there is just a white page, Thought my browser had issues and tried different ones on different PCs even Tablet and Smartphone,I tried it many times even at different days. Now the month is over and I still have the white page and I fear that the RR is gone now and unavailable for me. What did I wrong. I cleaned cache -- restarted and rebootet many times but all I got was white page, no errormessage. All the other pages work fast and very well. What can we do now???

I have render rewards available, but none of the links to the page is working for me to get my code and enter on my next purchase. What should I do

I have also apparently lost the use of my April rewards due to the blank page described in the previous posts.

The New Rewards page which has replaced Render Rewards has very little information about the new reward system. What concerns me is that the Render Rewards accrued through May purchases will not now be received. I hope this is not the case, but if you have changed the Terms and Conditions of sales, do you not feel it would have been fair to give some notice of this?

Okay, so I have just found the addition to the gift certificate section of my account. I guess that's last month's Render Rewards. Apologies for the meltdown, but letting us know what's going on might have helped.

I had nothing in the gift certificate page and I guess I lost my render rewards for April because I can't find them anywhere in my account. WHAT A SCAM!
