I was able to login as you and leave a review. I have of course deleted that review now.
Can you tell me what browser you are using? If you have a popup blocker running in that browser? If you are on a PC or MAC and if you could...do you have access to another browser other than the one you are using that you could try? If you are by chance on Firefox? we sometimes have issues. Can you try another such as chrome or IE? OR try clearing your cache and then try leaving the review again please?
Let us know if any of this works for you, and still let us know what you were using when you had a problem.
Used firefox before and the screen background was all white. Tried firefox again and was able to post a review for Addison and the screen was black this time. However, all my other products are still showing the white background. I tried microsoft chrome and microsoft edge and got the same white background. Please let me know how to correct this.
Well we cannot pinpoint what it may be for you. it is definitely your machine specific as we haven't heard this from anyone else..and we have had thousands of reviews left since the new points system was put in place. It truly must be some sort of blocker on your machine. What sort of anti-virus program do you use?
We cannot duplicate your issue. Not with any browser. And I can go in and leave reviews for ALL of your purchases with any browser. Which I have done and then deleted so the option is there for you again. We have looked at this a few different ways and spend some time on it and cannot duplicate your issue. Reviews are left every day, and no one else has reported this issue. I'm sorry...but this HAS to be machine based, browser based, or some software on your computer. I cannot help any further. I truly wish I could. But not at this time.

Posted 2 reviews of products that I posted. However, the reviews do not show up on the product. And these products are still on my "leave a review" listing of purchased products that I haven't reviewed. Is there a time delay on reviews. Don't want to do several reviews and have them never show up. Thanks.
