I like it as is mainly because you are taking the effort to make something for him on his birthday and that thought and effort makes it a special present as is unless you want to add his name to the Birthday banner

I'm going to assume the "stars" are created with particles: I'd set the clumping a bit (like to more random, not so evenly spaced), since they're meant to represent galaxies and such. Otherwise, nice work!

Very thoughtful project. Yes, I'd incorporate his name somewhere to make it more personalized. The stars are procedural? Interesting,

I think the rocket needs to be better illuminated and perhaps have a longer exhaust plume......just my 2pence worth.

And in my final hours - I would cling rather to the tattooed hand of kindness - than the unblemished hand of hate...
OK, Added his name. And did a little post-work as well.
TheBryster - I did make the exhaust longer. Thank you for the suggestion.
The rocket is a model I made years ago in Wings3D. For a report that he made for the Air-force. There is very little detail. Was concerned that lighting it up to much more would show the flaws more that improve the image.
Anyways, is this any better?

Here is what I have so far. Making this for my boyfriend who used to work for the air-force and was into rockets as a hobby. His birthday is coming up very soon. Any suggestions on changes or things to add?
