The "Installing products from .zip files into DAZ Studio" is incorrect on a number points and should be un-stickied.

Just taking a look at the particular stickie in question, I agree with jestmart. This needs to be researched thoroughly, rewritten, then proof-read for accuracy before posting as the definitive zip to library tutorial. I'm afraid there will be a backlash from newbies interpreting this as gossip to their installation needs.

The post is a short HELP for those having issues installing our .zip product files for use with Daz Studio. It has helped MANY buyers, and we posted it to help future buyers. It is doing what it was intended to do. it is not an instruction on how to use the manager or other ways of installing products for Daz Studio. We did not label it as a "definitive guide" or take any such assumptions. It was proven to help buyers having issues, so we have shared it for those that would like to use it
