I don't think it's possible to upload MT5s right now? The shader is a bit complicated to rebuild, especially since the SSS nodes have vector values which aren't shown in a screenshot.
But the values can be seen here:

Waaay too much SSS
Yes, probably. I'm already reducing it in test renders. The SSS is probably scaled for Blender figures, which are way larger than Posers figures. The SSS scale is in the node, though, so it's easily changed. I'm looking for the right value right now.... but with SSS the renders take some time, so testing is anything but quick.

Definitely better. I would also suggest not using Poser figures/textures to tune your shader. Instead get something like the free Emily and use that:
http://gl.ict.usc.edu/Research/DigitalEmily/
That will help reduce/eliminate any effect low quality poser textures and mesh may be having on your results. Later you can fine tune for poser content.
I'm new to this whole cycles business and only started dabbling in it with the arrival of Poser 11. my question is, How do we apply those 4 images into one material/shader? I know how to use all the firefly nodes but have very little experience with this, any help much appreciated.
Getting old and still making "art" without soiling myself, now that's success.

Hey thanks for the link. I didn't know about this download. Rendered in SuperFly, but using a simple FireFly shader having only color map, bump map, Scatter node, and Blinn node. You guys are overcomplicating things, IMO.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

It looks very good Bagginsbill can you please upload a .mt5 file or can you post screenshots on how to setup the shaders in the material room? I really want to learn to make superfly shaders for human skin.
Ask him over at RDNA, as you are more likely to get an answer there...

Ok thank you WandW :)
This is the progress I have made so far with researching and experimenting since I asked the question earlier.

The result found it's way into EZSkin, if I'm not mistaken. Did you try it?

I fiddled around with Poser 11. I'm not completely happy with this shader, but results are getting better.
The shader is based on the postings here:
