Wait ,What ,Got to go out with a bang.

OK folks, I've been trying to get decent renders for days, and finally have a couple to show off. This is Evo wearing the dress FVerbaas created with MD7, which I modified some in Blender 2.78.

It also took a while to find just the right Cloth Room settings, but I think I've finally got something decent, and Evo was really anxious to try it on, especially when I showed her not 1, but 2, textures for the dress. She even got a little "haughty" when she posed for this.

Of course she looked at me strange when she realized I didn't have any shoes for her.

Very smartly dressed, I can see why she'd be miffed at not having the right shoes to go with the dress. :) I like the hair you used with that outfit, very fitting. Which one is it?

Thanks Kalypso. The hair is Biscuits Lemon Hair, and I begged her on CGBytes for a PE fit since she's only been including those in her newest hair products.

The texture for it is from the NHC Expansion: Lemon Hair by P3D-Art. Both available here in the RMP.

Anyway, the figure is done. Materials done, but there's so much more I wanna do. This project is stupidly big, super ambitious, which is why I'm kicking it off with an "Early Edition". She needs to get out into the world now! I'm going to send the final runtime to my betas now. Once they confirm, and once I have the documentation ready, I'm submitting it. Q&A might be out for xmas, so it could take a day or so, but don't worry, its on its way.

1st rule of fight ... Oh wait wrong movie. ;) PE is your mesh to do with as you please but I would sell her at all the stores. Especially the bigger stores and the stores where every one knows you.

@Rorrkonn: don't worry this is just the tip of the iceberg. I wanna kick it off at CGbytes because they've been so supportive every step of the way (they're the reason I can even do this), they've been eager to release this figure since 2014, and its part of the reason why CGbytes was even built. But they also want Project Evolution to work for everyone, and I'm sure they'll work with other stores if needed. For now, let's just take it one step at a time and see what people think of this girl. There are a lot of lost Poser artists out there looking for something like this. I hope this is relevant to them.

I've made figures like this for myself almost routinely, the problem is that its an ongoing process. Like the Genesis figures, its an ongoing process of improvement. This 'Early Edition' should help people get a fairly solid idea of what is possible, and hopefully get the ball a-rolling for Poser users again.

My art is all about 'just do it'. If you think about all the obstacles, you might as well stop now. Like my signature says: 'The fool is not the one that does something foolish, but the one that does nothing at all.'

erogenesis It's always cool when your friends have your back like CGBytes.

I'm sure PE is a killer mesh. but V3 n V4's timing was perfect for Poser .Other then not having the patients for listening to some one that can't make a CGI rock tell me ever thing they thinks wrong with my characters. I know the odds are long to hit those heights again. So just make your mesh n let the red robes worry about stats. I know why DAZ does what they do but I still like 5 best.

Here's hoping it'll at least work in DS. Let other artists sort out the skin materials and morphs. As long as the rig works properly, then that should be enough to work with.

Hey peeps, the girl is very close to getting submitted. Testers are going over the whole package thoroughly. I cannot wait to experiment with this girl myself, I haven't had a proper chance to do so during development!

So this is the "Early Edition", which means that all the important bits are there, but some things still need to get added, like more poses and certain detailed morphs. It was either that or wait until it was done, which could easily be a few more months!

OK, after several tries, I think I'm finally happy with a texture set for the Bikini Ghostman created for Evo. I also used the Definition morph by Ghostman, as this time I got it to work as expected.

submitting now... eh I mean yesterday. Ran into some documentation issues. Fixed now. Almost there...

PE works great with Octane as well....

She is relly great and that huge amount of morphs included, it is unbelievable what you did for the community. Thanks!

Is there any chance the figure will work in an earlier version - Pro 2012 - with reduced functionality? I'd love to upgrade but it's out of my budget for the forseeable future.

Well Sam, I think you're out of luck, because there are 2 Base figures . . . one for P10, and one for P11, and IIRC, PP2012 is the pro version of P9.

That said, I jumped from P9 to PP11, so can't test in PP2012 for you, and it's possible the P11 base is more attuned to SuperFly, rather than differences in functionality, but I'm just not sure.

I just checked it, the figure loads, not all morphs work and when I started a render Poser Pro 2012 shutted down, May be it's due to the textures.

But at the moment there is a great deal for upgrading, IIRC 50 bucks.

I agree it's a great offer. Don't have the funds, though. I've blown our money on luxuries like bread and electricity.

She is very cute. What I love on her is that she has not this childish face which many Elfes have.
