Was the install done by the Download Manager of another method?
Is this on a 32bit or 64 bit version of Windows?
Could the runtime in \Program Files\Smith Micro\Poser 11 have been changed by something done after the install?
Might be worth checking to see where wxPython is being loaded.
Open "Python Shell" from Scripts menu
Into the window opened enter the command
print wx.(underscore)(underscore)file(underscore)(underscore)
Replace (underscore) with the underscore character on your keyboard.
only method was the Download manager you get from the shop and it was 32bit as the 64 bit would not install.

what i get when i opened the Python Shell
It would appear the shell uses wx so we're a bit stuck on how to run Python to get the version.
numpy has compiled components and doesn't like mixing 32bit and 64bit libraries so it could be the build installed doesn't match the OS for some reason. If your Win 7 is 64 bit its strange you can only install 32bit Poser. I would raise this with Smith Micro support.
Upon the initial install, you are also given a choice to install the 32-bit version alongside the 64-bit issue. The purpose is to allow the users to run 32-bit dedicated Python scripts which cannot run under 64-bit. Strange that the claim 64-bit would not install from Download Manager, but clearly the application is screaming not a valid 32-bit application.

Have you uninstalled and re-installed P11? Maybe a corrupted download or even HD fault? It might be worth deleting you downloads and setting Download manager to use another folder
