On top? She is the only character I see except for maybe the heavy morphs. Victoria 8 is the only character I can identify. Hopefully someone else can identify the heavy ones..

Definitely, Victoria 8 and she does have body morphs to make her heavier.

Xtrart seems to use that one a lot for their recent clothing. I don't see anything in the credits that identify it, it might be dial-spun. Your best bet is to contact them. Since Xtrart has used it more than once they can probably tell you who it is. Buy an item or two first ;)
