Subject: Where can I find Skinvue Elite

Hello All,

I recently upgraded from Vue 7.5 Infinite to Vue 2016 Infinite, big step. my old Skinvue obviously doesn't work with 2016, and I don't seem to be able to find it anywhere on the web for sale. I see as lot of pirate sites for downloading graphics software, but nothing where I can purchase it officially. Anyone know?

I had a similar problem a number of years ago. I updated my version of Vue and Skinvue did not work anymore and the author did not reply to my posts on Cornucopia. I then decided to see if I could correct it myself. Using a python decompiler I discovered that Skinvue.py contained absolute paths to the Vue program. I then manually changed the paths to relative paths and it then worked with the new version of Vue. I do not know what your problem is but you could try doing what I did

Even the latest version of skinvue elite does not work with Vue 2016. You'll have to wait for an update if Cornucopia 3d ever comes back online.

I actually haven't tried 7.5 with Vue 2016. not even sure if i can find my old copy. Normally I would have re-downloaded it from Cornucopia, but as you said, it's not there. I have been in touch with people from Vue, and they say it will be back, just can't tell me when.
