You can try and open the file in one of the free cad softwares like OpenCad LibreCad or FreeCad and then try and export the file into a .dxf or an .stl file which is used for 3D printing from doing a search just on google for "ZKONST 1 BCOD 856 ABXY" seems this is not the usual type of Cad file and is problematic not enough other info on the file type

What software/hardware were they using to create the point cloud? It seems a little odd that there was no file extension at all, which seems to indicate it is a raw point cloud data. These need to be converted to an indexed file format before they can be opened in any software. You can try simply adding a particular indexed extension to it and it "could" possibly work in some software.

HI there LuxXeon, yeah i tried several extensions but with no luck..

LuxXeon ( ) posted Sun, 23 September 2018 at 10:38 PM

That's probably because certain file extensions are associated with a particular point cloud type. There are two main point cloud types, each with their own indexed file associations. For example, geographic LiDAR point cloud data is commonly associated with .xyz file format types. If you try to use a .pcd file extension, it likely will not open in certain software. I'd recommend asking what kind of scanner was used to create the point cloud. Once you have that information, you can more easily decipher what type of extension will work with the data.

The system that etches the 3D points in the glass may be using a rotating mirror so these may be spherical coordinates. (Some values may be angles rather than distances). You might post this on the CloudCompare forum. Daniel is the developer and checks in there all the time so you could get a direction to go in fairly quickly.
