I was trying to remember my login so I could shop from my iPad while away from my computer. Apparently, I've reached the maximum login attempts for the day. I'm sending this from my phone (which obviously has a different ip address.) I want to finish shopping before one of your sales ends, and I'd like to be able to download and use my purchases today. Your site allowed me to reset my password, but I can't login. It said to contact the site admin for help. So here I am. Help?
By the way, might be nice to warn us when we're nearing our maximum login attempts.
