I have refunded you the order as instore credit. You can NOT add the grab bag multiple times to an order. You can only add the Grab Bag once per order. You will have to re-purchase the item this time making sure only add the grab bag once.

I have a problem also. As instructed, I added my purchase item and the grab bag item to my cart. Got something that was not my grab item as well as the item I ordered, but there was a link for the grab item in the order history. Clicked on that link and placed the grab bag item again. Then went into a loop when I tried to do the credit card thing. Order ##113251237.

That is not what I wanted. I wanted Poser item. The one for Firefly and Superfly. I would not want the car because I don't use DS. Nor was the car on the page for the grab bag. I would appreciate it if someone would fix this situation.

Also, forgot to mention to you that the link for the grab bag item in my order history is for the Poser item not the car.

This car is for Poser. The car is the freebie and that is why the price is $0

The point is that it was not the item that was shown as the grab bag item. Why is this so difficult to fix?

Items on the article page are only a few of the items available. Not all items are shown on the article. Products are randomly selected from a list of items provided by the vendors. We have no control over what you receive.

I am not sure I understand. What link are you referring to?

The instructions on that page: If you purchase any item from the marketplace you are eligible to receive 1 FREE POSER Grab Bag item when placing this product in your shopping cart along with the purchased item.

If that item on the page is not the item you will get, the statement is very misleading. Sort of a bait and switch.

"This Product" is referring to the Grab Bag product. Any of the items provided by the vendors are then randomly given with the qualifying order. Keep in mind that not all the products available are shown on the article page.

No more grab bags for me. You can keep the crappy car. I will never use it.

Thanks Rena. I never scrolled down the page to see the additional info...haste makes waste. But, still not doing the grab bag thing. Some years ago I did and the items I got were for DS which I don't use. This deal is better for DS users since they can use much of the Poser content...

Perhaps you might consider adding a comment either above or directly below the grab bag click image to direct folks to the rules...just a thought
