Could you find it in your hearts to start a new category that ONLY has merchant resources? The current merchant resource search turns up page after page after page after page after page of things that are decidedly NOT merchant resources because the vendor tagged them that way, stating they are NOT resources. It's a waste of time and a huge source of frustration when all I want to do is give you my money. More often than not, I just close my browser and go look elsewhere. Like today, for instance. If I have to look at another resource that isn't, I think I may start screaming and never stop. Thanks!!

Ok. the items you are showing me do not have Merchant Resource department on them. So I assume you are doing a search for Merchant Resource and coming up with these items? The search function scans product name, product department and product description. All of the ones you are sending me have "this is not a merchant resource" in the description, BUT they do not have Merchant Resource in the title and they are not in that description. So that is why I think you may be finding them via search? and it is finding the this is NOT a merchant resource statement and pulling them back on your search terms.

The best way to find merchant resource items is to go to Marketplace/Departments/Merchant Resources Give that a try? Hope this helps!

I think that was the question gypsyangel was asking in the beginning. She didn't know there was a category for it under departments and was asking if one could be created. You guys know where all this stuff is, we customers sometimes need directions ;)
