Just to check: The path you're seeing is:
My Daz3D Library(or wherever your directory is)/Content/People/Genesis 8 female/Materials/Powerage/Wet skin toolbox ?
(There was a leading space on your Materials section above but that could just be a manual typing error, and just want to check it's under 'Content' and not by itself) In other words is it alongside everything else in your G8F materials folder (and those others are showing up)?
Are all the duf and the duf.png files there?
Is the folder showing up in DS but not the files or not even the folder?
Double check there are no odd symbols found there way into the system (added or missing dots in the folder / file names).
Otherwise I'd get DS to remove and re-add the directory and see if that helps.
...then I'm out of ideas
Yes, SilentWinter, those were typos on my part. And thanks so much for responding. I was beginning to think some kind of rapture occurred and I wasn't invited. Everything appears to be accounted for, but I didn't use a fine tooth comb. I'll have to go back and recheck in more detail. I did reload it twice again, just to be sure. But no Powerage under Genesis8female/material/wetskin/toolbox. Forgive my ignorance, but is a duf. file the same as a DSON file? Because when I searched the wetskin toolbox 'searchbox' for duf., only dson files appeared. I am relatively new to Daz Studio, so the technical terms often go over my head. Again, thanks for your patience.
Sorry - .duf is the newer Daz studio file type - dson is an older type but still supported - so yeah, if it's dson that's right.

Duf is the "newer" format, replacing .dsf for user-facing files since DS 4.5, but both are DSON (indeed DS 4.5 was the first official version of DSON).
Thanks for your help, everyone. Apparently, that wasn't the issue. I'm at a loss to see how something could to be so complete in my 'Daz Library Folder" and to have worked for a month and then stopped. Recently I loaded a lot of older content off my Daz 'Product Library Page' at Daz3D using the Dim loader. Could something I downloaded to my Library have affected a change in other files? Namely Powerage's Wetskin Toolbox? Thanks in advance for any help.
Assuming you are talking "content manager" and not smart content, the simplest way to resolve this kind of issue is to go into windows file manager and see what is in that directory. The directory structure on you disk is the same one that shows up content manager. If it shows up in one place but not the other, you have a miss placed mapping somewhere.or windows is acting goofy. For the product to show up correctly, you need both the DAZ file, and a identically named png file in that directory, a png file without the daz file will not show up in the content manager, and a daz file without a png will show up without a picture.

It used to work fine. I used it for a month or so on various projects, and then "poof" it was gone from my content. I checked my Daz3D Library, and all the files were there in their appropriate places. Its path is supposed to be People/Genesis 8 female/ Materials/Powerage/Wet skin toolbox. Unfortunately, beyond 'Materials', there is no indication of anything, 'Powerage'. I have tried reloading it but to no avail. How can everything be in its exact folder in my Daz3D Library but refuse to show up again under content? Just another little trick Daz Studio likes to play on us, I suppose. I like Daz Studio, but some of the most inexplicable things happen in it with apparently inexplicable reasons.
Anyone with a similar experience?
