Hi, this order paid on PayPal yesterday 3/26/2019 will not release and show as being paid... Here are the payment details,

PayPal Transaction# 0WD33106P50416228 for order# 113319194 in the amounrt of $125.37 shows as being paid on my PayPal Account.

Please look into and do whatever you can to release this purchase to me.

Also, Please Note: As of 1 AM 3/27/2019 as i write this addendum to my original statement above I ave not received a confirming e-mail from you regarding this paid order... Therefore I have to conclude somethings amiss on your end...

So any idea what happened as I just received another e-mail today stating this order remains unpaid???

I marked the order as paid so you should not get anymore notices. I believe PayPal had a period of time where it wasn't communicating with our site.

OK, thanks for taking care of this and for responding so quickly. I just looked at my account, all is good, and i can now access that paid content.
