If you want to do a 3D image in Facebook using Poser you will need 2 images.
The first image is the normal render and the second image is the depth map.
NOTE: when you upload the 2 images in Facebook make sure to upload them at the same time in PNG format.
If you name the first image as picture.png, the depth map will have the following name: picture_depth.png
BTW, in a scene with several figures, I basicly change the value of the DepthCue_EndDist (Atmosphere) and after that I change the value of z (P) for a better contrast. You have to do some renders to get the best results as possible. I try to avoid figures and object that are located in negative Z positions because if I do that I will have to work with negative values in the DepthCue_StartDist and manage it with the DepthCue_EndDist will make you do a LOT of render tests before you get a nice result. I also notice that all the figures/object that are closer will be less contrasted but you must get the best depth as possible in all the scene. Take a look to the image I made.
Finally, I prefer to work with the Atmosphere because I get no problems with hair transparencies. As you can see in the depth map of the following image, the hair transparencies are correctly rendered.
