I made some mistake and bought Biscuit's Hair Salon NO3 as I had overlooked the note that it won't work in DAZ. Without the morphs the product is useless for me - even though I would LOVE to have a version of it working in DAZ - and I would like to ask if a refund would be possible and, if yes, how this would have to be done.

Hi.

You would need to sitemail the vendor and explain that you do not use Poser. They can then approve your refund. Ask them to send an email to store@renderosity.com with the order number and product name to be refunded please. 😄
