That first window is for the archipack add so you can see all the items categorized into sub folders like all doors windows and such when it is blank means the add on is not installed properly will post two links below that should help you get everything set up properly since you need to have the archimesh add-on also activated they work together

How to use the Archimesh add-on in Blender

How to setup the Archipack add-on in Blender

Thanks for the links Lobo.
ArchPack is an addon I definitely want to purchase.
At the moment I feel it would be a bit cheating. Since I am in the learning process I have to do everything the hard way, But I will for sure acquire it this fall.
btw do you know that website ? there you can download all these houses blueprints: Got it from a video on how to model a house (the hard way :)

The base Archipack is Free there is one on Gumroad that is on Gumroad which is for sale not sure if it is the same developer or not just click on the bold Free at the beginning of my sentence and that will lead you the base version that is pretty loaded with premade models and more. Also the instructor of the tutorials I posted in earlier post has several excellent courses on Udemy which I think I have taken all of them he is very detailed moves at a steady pace he is an excellent instructor

sample from one of his courses I finished

I thought it was paying. Thank you for the tip, you saved me 50 $.
Very nice render, it is for sure outstanding what you can do with ArchiPack. Especially on a Poser/Daz point of vue.

I used archi mesh tools to make this one archipack was not yet out when I created this scene and that was from a course on Udemy by the creator of the tutorials I listed above the windows and door came with just the standard archimesh add-on the free archi pack adds more resources to archimesh. The paid version seems like some premium content and more focused for 2.8 but it is needed unless you want to make the investment

I will give the free version a try first. See its limitation before going with the paying one.
Maybe I don't need the paying version at all. What I sure need is ArchiPack over ArchiMesh because the ability to edit the settings on the fly is so great. Archipack

ArchiMesh and ArchiPack sort of go hand in hand but I really do not see the value of the new pay version you can customize many of the current items in the free version here is a direct link and has documentation that might be worth while to have for down the road when you get closer to deciding if you want to make the investment Archipack

Yes, a very nice bathroom Lobo. I especially like how the bathtub turned out.

Thanks Lobo. I don't know yet.
Indeed a nice render. I am not yet into studying texturing and lightning, unfortunately I like it far less than modeling.
