Subject: getting a lincense for P3do Organizer

When a new program is installed it is expected that one would be able to use that software, but that is not the case with P3DO. Even after sending the required email with the requited information, I am still waiting for a return email with the serial number so that i can read poser scene files. After a hard drive crash and having to replace the main drive, poser does not pick up where the obj files are at or the texture files from the pz3 files. After hours of searching for these files, I purchased the program to help locate these files, but so far all it has done is caused me to lose valuable time by restarting the poser scene that I had worked hours on finding part of the textures and obj's. So what do I have to do now to get the license for the program so that it can be used.

The vendor is responsible to support their product. They have up to 72 hours to respond. If they do not do so in that time frame, let us know and we will refund your purchase. ๐Ÿ˜„

I am sorry for the delay Jin. It took me 12 hours to reply which is an average time. That kind of key system is a bit outdated because people want to use the software asap. I fully understand that. On the other hand it is safe. P3DO doesn't suffer much from piracy. There has been one or 2 key leaks and it was absolutely devastating. I should provide a temporary key, this would fix the issue. I have already studied such a system but it was not satisfactory. I plan to upload a new version here for the 20th anniversary of the software. This is just something more to do that is not Poser related ๐Ÿ˜…
