Select the one object that has the new material, then box select all the other objects, (your first object will be the active and have a darker color), then hit Cntrl+L and select Materials.this should achieve the outcome your looking for

If you're looking for a more sophisticated bulk option, with a scripted panel, "XS - Shader Manager for Poser" is a good option. It works fine in Poser 11.2, without need of a hot-fix.

Which is fine apart from this is for Blender not Poser :)
