Does anyone check errors in the check out process or do they go unoticed until a customer notifys. I still have not been contacted and it has been a week today. The problem is the robots said my address zip code could not exist in the USA even though I have been ordering with this zip code for at least 10year an have lived at. this. zip code for 14 years.
I can tell something, Ibchanged my email address a couple of years ago and when I visited RendobI changed it. I decided to go backbto Comcast for internet service and they gave me back myold email address. The problem was I could not receive emails and whie I gave up on the matter because they could not figure it out. Well I feceived a couple of calls from Comcast recently and finally talked to smebody and they asked to go and check my emails and lo and behold their was about 30 emails many from Rendo so you never changed my email address. even though I did. I am going to go back in to my account and change it back to the old one. What this had to do with the zip code problem I do not know. I am not going to buy the products because I tried to buy last week and now the price has changed.

Hello, I already wrote two emails to store@renderosity.com (on Nov 4th and Nov 13th) concerning the orders #113412135 and #113411765 but never got an answer. Just checked the spam folders again, too. (Only bitcoin opportunities there...) Any chance the emails got there and the folks are just busy or did they never arrive?
