Subject: No Response To Emails

Hello, I already wrote two emails to store@renderosity.com (on Nov 4th and Nov 13th) concerning the orders #113412135 and #113411765 but never got an answer. Just checked the spam folders again, too. (Only bitcoin opportunities there...) Any chance the emails got there and the folks are just busy or did they never arrive?

We never received anything from you as I just checked. Send it directly to jennblake@renderosity.com OR send me an email with your email address you will use to send it and I will add you to the whitelist. Sometimes things get blocked as spam. ๐Ÿ˜„

I sent two sitemails to the store staff about a problem with checkout last week. They have responded in the past to this method. I havenotheard back as yet.

@Richardphotos - spam comments need to be reported by sending them to Admin@renderosity.com or posting them in the community forum. ๐Ÿ˜„

Does anyone check errors in the check out process or do they go unoticed until a customer notifys. I still have not been contacted and it has been a week today. The problem is the robots said my address zip code could not exist in the USA even though I have been ordering with this zip code for at least 10year an have lived at. this. zip code for 14 years.

Have you tried checking out today? If you are having trouble still....take a screenshot of the page when you get the error...and send that to jennblake@renderosity.com with your username, full address and zip code information provided. And we'll take a deeper look for you. ๐Ÿ˜„

The prices have changed their was a sale when I went checkout.

I can tell something, Ibchanged my email address a couple of years ago and when I visited RendobI changed it. I decided to go backbto Comcast for internet service and they gave me back myold email address. The problem was I could not receive emails and whie I gave up on the matter because they could not figure it out. Well I feceived a couple of calls from Comcast recently and finally talked to smebody and they asked to go and check my emails and lo and behold their was about 30 emails many from Rendo so you never changed my email address. even though I did. I am going to go back in to my account and change it back to the old one. What this had to do with the zip code problem I do not know. I am not going to buy the products because I tried to buy last week and now the price has changed.

Te old email addressis still in place. I dont find this unusual. It means this was not the problem, again I received a message sayingbthis zipcode did not exist in your country. Something like this I have never seen.

CHMedia contacted me about the zip code issue. You should find it resolved.

We had a problem validating 9-digit zip codes with USPS. We released a patch two days ago.

You should be able to checkout with any valid zip code now.

Wow, now my gmail is not receiving renderosity artist notifications anymore just over the last 2 weeks!ย  They are not being moved to spam or trash folders so WHERE are they if you're sending them at all?
