Is there a technical support person, chat line or phone number that I can contact with poser installation problems

What problem are you having and what OS are you using?

I am using using W 10 64 bit and antiicipating a problem.

I purchased a new Computer and am trying to to load poser on to it, So I purchased and loaded poser 10 to the old comp. Then I purchased an upgrade from poser 10 to poser 11 but due to difficult I never installed it.Continous problems with the password) Then I downloaded the free version of poser 11 and installed it and installed it on the new computrr and using it in free mode. It will not accept my previously purchased Poser 11 Password.

I have all the documentation to show that I did indeed purchase this software but without a TS in Smith Micro I"m lost

Have you tried doing a clean Poser install of Poser 11? Once you do that then just upgrade to 11.2.

Did you download the latest update from posersoftware.com? The older version from Smith Micro won't accept any serial number because its servers have been shut down, as Poser now belongs to Bondware.

So first question is, Is poser 11 dead? and do I have to buy the side grade from 11 to 11 Pro? Since the only version of 11 that I have is a upgrade from poser 10 is it possible to use the upgrade to do an initial build of 11. Based on the fact my serial number v10 or v11 is no longer visible (accepted) I'm guessing not.

Is there anybody from Renderosity/ Bondware I can be talking to

You need to speak to someone at Renderosity. Open a ticket at Posersoftware.com and describe your circumstances to them. Just go to posersoftware.com, select support, and fill out the ticket.

No, just changed owners. If you mean the non-pro version, it doesn't work anymore but you get a free upgrade to the pro version.

and do I have to buy the side grade from 11 to 11 Pro?

No, they have given all users of Poser 2015 Game Dev and Poser 11 a free upgrade to Poser 11 Pro.

You might need to contact Bondware if it's not accepting your upgrade serial number.

Yes send them a support ticket like EClark described above :)

@DSQRD - send your serial number to me at jennblake@renderosity.com and the email address you would have registered the software under.
