Subject: Problem with Gift Certificate Purchase

As the subject says, I'm having a problem with a gift certificate purchase.

I made the purchase, and tried to apply it to an item in my cart. For some reason, it didn't acknowledge the certificate, so I reloaded the page, and the item in my cart simply disappeared.

I went back and put it back in my cart, but now it says that I already used the certificate.

Can anyone give me help n fixing this?

Hi.

There is an order placed for you that is unpaid. It would be the top order under your Account area. It does have the Gift Certificate for $5 applied to the total purchase and the amount you own is the correct amount for that item and the discount applied. 😄

Thanks for the help :) For some reason, it wasn't showing the gift certificate until I went to pay.
