We do have a very thorough testing process for products. But unfortunately we are human and things get through. We have confirmed the issue as you have shown it and we are sorry it has this issue. We will contact the vendor to correct. Do you wish to get a refund, which we will happily do, or do you wish to wait for the item to be corrected and updated?
We're contacting the vendor as I type this.
Pamawo does very large sets..and many items at the same time. That is not an excuse...but I can see it happening as it did here. Again, we do apologize. The tester is already working on getting this corrected and the items have been pulled from the marketplace until this issue is corrected. We take product quality seriously.
We will let you know as soon as it has been corrected and the new files are available for you to download.

Strangely, no. I get the sales notifications and the notifications that this thread was replied to, but no notice of an update. I do see it in my account though.

The product was re-released on the 18th and marked as updated and a notice sent to all buyers. Did you receive that notice?
Look in your account under Items list and updated...and download the new files for this content.

I bought the bounty hunter outfit from Pamawo, and the Bolero is completely weight mapped incorrectly in the shoulder area. I'm not saying this in a nerdy, technical way. I mean if you move the shoulders up at all on the g8f figure the under arm mesh moves with it and tears horrifically. This is a pretty big problem to have not been picked up. Just wondering what, if any, quality control Renderosity does on the products it posts for sale. And if the vendor is not willing to fix it, I don't see why I would need to e-mail and barter with the vendor to get a refund on a product that obviously is broken.
