I see all the new features and am overwhelmed by it all. I had barely scratched the surfce of learning the old features. That's not too say I don't think this is awesome and am excited about learning it when I can.

From what I read the other day, 2.83 will be the last update for 2.8, and 2.9 will be out later this year.
I did not hear that Miss B I will have to look into that but with the speed of development this year I can easily see that being the case

From what I read the other day, 2.83 will be the last update for 2.8, and 2.9 will be out later this year.
This will be correct as far as I've been told too. From what I understand, 2.83 will be the last iteration of the 2.8 series. They have already released the experimental 2.9 series, and there's nothing in-between as far as the experimental builds. 2.9 will have some major advances, especially in the sculpting areas. Things like physics and other advanced sculpting tools will become available in the next release, which I believe is why they're jumping directly to 2.9. We may see some minor point releases of the 2.83 series before then though.

OK . . . Where's my chocolate?
Currently been hearing some seem to be having issues probably a bug in the EEVEE render where it is causing crashes as soon as you try rendering with certain types of lights sure they will release a bug fix on that
