Greetings, below is an excerpt I sent to vendor Rhianon for a missing content item and to date have not received it nor is the vendor responding to my many inquiries after the 1st one in which was stated that this would be remedied... I do hope this is the correct way to notify you of the error. If not please advise as to how I should do this next time it occurs...
Excerpt: "Hi, I purchased on 7/3 your most recent BOGO offering - Mercy for G3 and G8 Females - yet have not been provided the free item offered - Mercy Poet Shirt for G3 and G8 Females that was supposed to have been added automatically to my paid order# 113521782... Sadly I have experienced this type of issue in the past with BOGO Products with other vendors here @ Renderosity!!!
