Greetings, below is an excerpt I sent to vendor Rhianon for a missing content item and to date have not received it nor is the vendor responding to my many inquiries after the 1st one in which was stated that this would be remedied... I do hope this is the correct way to notify you of the error. If not please advise as to how I should do this next time it occurs...

Excerpt: "Hi, I purchased on 7/3 your most recent BOGO offering - Mercy for G3 and G8 Females - yet have not been provided the free item offered - Mercy Poet Shirt for G3 and G8 Females that was supposed to have been added automatically to my paid order# 113521782... Sadly I have experienced this type of issue in the past with BOGO Products with other vendors here @ Renderosity!!!
I do not understand why this occurs and it is really frustrating"...

Renderosity - Since nothing to date has been done will you please remedy this by providing me my missing BOGO item. Many thanks.

The BOGO ended on July3 @23:59 (cdt). Do you remember what time you checked out and may I ask what time zone you're in?

Please also note that the bogo free products are always found at the GIFTED ITEMS of your account.. not at normal purchases. So make sure you've checked your gifts area.
