I would recommend more. I have a rtx 2070 max q 8gb. For me that's more than enough, I render 8k maps, fibermeshes, displacement maps and normal maps all 8k. Use dforce and I am very happy. In the future I will upgrade if necessary. But for now I am set for a long while. 4gb is not that much, als do depended if the card uses turing or Volta techniques. Personally I would go for an more up to date card if that's in your budget. Or find an alternative card from a year or 2 prior with more vram.
My laptop is a 1650 and while it is not as speedy as some of the newer cards it does the job well. I am a vendor/PA so I use it for character creation. Which includes promos with dforce hair and clothing..

hi guys plz can any one help me iam trying to buy new gpu to work with dforce so i want to know if (asus nvidia gtx 1650 4gb) work with dforce or no
