Hi: I have paid with paypal for this order, however it states the payment has not been received, can you investigate?

I am unable to find a payment for that order. Did you get a transaction ID for your payment? If so, please send that to me to the store@renderosity.com address please so we don't post any confidential information here in the forum. 😄
