Subject: If I start rendering now, will Covid be gone by the time it's done?

Seriously, I'm willing to settle for less than perfection (Or DAZ's idea of it) if it means I can get a render as fast as, say, a Firefly render in Poser. And what's with the time counter telling me the ELAPSED time, versus the time remaining. I can measure the elapsed time myself...knowing when the darn thing is going to finish would be a much nicer feature.

The render engine has no idea when it is going to end.

If it's that slow, what is your scene? Enclosed spaces with indirect lighting can always be slow.
