jimmysparks' Purloined '1920 x 1080' Desktop Background Pics

I peruse Wikipedia for interesting (to me) pictures that I can use as desktop backgrounds at '1920 x 1080'. The following pics are cropped to that size.

My tastes tend somewhat towards the unusual but please feel free to download anything that catches your eye. These pics were downloaded from Wiki and carry any restrictions and/or credit information contained on the original download page.

Unfortunately, I don't usually include the name of the original pic in the file name, although sometimes you may find it there, if you want to look up the original for credit information.

I love this because it reminds me of one my favorite anime series, "Girls' Last Tour" (available free on Amazon Prime). The drawing level of detail makes the anime look like a little kids' thing, but check it out - it's great.

I should mention here that I am on an iMac where the desktop icons load on the right-hand side of the screen, so these images may not be perfectly compatible with left-hand Windows icons.

um... I finally read the FAQ for this forum and can see that these posts exceed the '600 pixel' limit - sorry.

I'm going to try to sneak a few more in but I've got hundreds of them. I set the BG image preference to 'random > every 15 minutes' and use that to keep track of time.
