I got a couple characters recently and whenever I load them up they are bald. Do characters not come with the hair on the head featured in the photos of the product? Is that common ?

Typically the hair is not part of the character package. That would need to be purchase separately.

Characters do not generally come with the hair, clothing or accessories shown in promos unless otherwise stated by the vendor.
